Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to participation in the "OMClub" event and all related services of PIRATEx GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. Eligibility

Participation in the OMClub is only permitted for persons who have completed their 18th year of age. The organizer reserves the right to carry out identity checks.

3. Ticket Allocation (Robin Hood Principle)

Tickets for the OMClub are not available for purchase. They are allocated exclusively through sponsor codes, competitions or special promotions. There is no legal claim to a ticket.

4. Right of Admission

Despite a valid ticket, the organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to the event for good cause (e.g. overcrowding of the location, heavy drinking or aggressive behavior).

5. Image and Sound Recordings

By participating in the event, the guest agrees that image and sound recordings may be made of them and used indefinitely and without spatial restriction for reporting purposes and marketing (social media, website, aftermovie).

6. Liability

The organizer is only liable for damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. No liability is assumed for items brought in (cloakroom etc.).

7. Program Changes

The organizer reserves the right to change the program or individual program items at short notice if this is necessary and the overall character of the event is maintained.

8. House Rules

The house rules of the respective venue must be strictly observed by all guests.
